Feeding pigs with chicken manure is a good way to develop feed sources, with low investment, good efficiency and easy operation. However, chicken manure contains harmful substances and parasite eggs (coccidia, nematodes), indole, purine, intestinal mucosa shed cells, and undigested fiber, crude protein, and trace element microorganisms. They need to be processed before they can be fed to pigs. .
- Fermentation
- Natural fermentation method: mix fresh chicken manure and bran at a ratio of 3:2 or with crushed barley at a ratio of 1:1, control the moisture to about 50%, put it into the silage for sealed fermentation, and keep the temperature at 5 Above ℃, open cellar and feed after 20-40 days.
- Fermentation in ceramic jar: remove chicken dung and feathers and other debris, dry and crush, add clean water to form a ball with your hands, it is appropriate to not drip between your fingers, mix with washed green fodder, compact in the jar, and sprinkle on the surface Add 2 cm of bran or rice bran, seal the mouth of the jar with plastic film, and place it indoors or in a cool place. Keep it at a temperature of about 20°C. After 10 to 15 days of fermentation, it will become a sour and palatable fermented feed.
- Stacking and fermentation: Pour the collected fresh chicken manure into the tank and stir with water. After sedimentation, remove the upper layer impurities and lower sediment, take the middle layer of pure chicken manure, and drain the water. Add 150-200 grams of yeast flakes, 150-200 tablets of sugar calcium tablets, and 50-60 tablets of oxytetracycline per 100 kilograms of chicken manure, piled and fermented for 5-6 hours, and fed at 20% of the pig’s diet.
- Plastic bag fermentation: the chicken manure is sun-dried to 70% dry, and 1~2 kg of bran or rice bran is mixed with every 10 kg of chicken manure. After stirring, put it into a non-toxic plastic bag and seal and ferment. Ferment for 1 day in summer. Fermentation takes place for 2 days in spring and autumn, and the fermentation standard is to be able to smell the lees aroma. Fermented manure can be mixed with 60% to 75% of other feeds and fed to pigs. If long-term storage is required, the fermented manure can be dried (moisture less than 7%), stored in bags, and later used to feed pigs.
- Fermentation of distiller’s grains: add proper amount of bran to fresh chicken manure, then add 10% distiller’s grains and 10% water, mix well, put into fermentation tank or vat for 10-20 hours, and then sterilize with 100℃ steam , Can be used as feed.
- Mechanical fermentation: The 9FJ-500IA chicken manure regenerative feed fermentation machine developed by our country can adjust the temperature according to needs, and the fermentation can be achieved within 3 to 4 hours. The fermented chicken manure is yellowish brown, loose and has a sweet smell, suitable for small and medium chicken farms or feed mills.
- Drying method
- Natural drying: the collected chicken manure alone or mixed with a certain proportion of rice bran or wheat bran (accounting for 20%~30%), mix well, spread it out in a clean place, use the sun to naturally dry and deodorize, and then dry it. After sieve removing feathers, stone sand and other debris, smash it and place it in a dry place for later use. It can be added according to the aforementioned ratio when feeding.
- Drying method: Add 10% industrial ferrous sulfate to fresh chicken manure, mix well and dry at 120℃~160℃. When the moisture drops below 10%, it can be fed.
- High temperature and rapid drying: Fresh chicken manure is heated in a dehydrating dryer that runs continuously; at a high temperature of 500°C to 550°C, the moisture can be reduced to less than 13% in a short period of time, and it can be used as feed. This drying device mainly includes a heat generator, a combustion chamber, a drying cylinder, a cyclone separator, an automatic controller, etc.
The chicken manure dehydrator has the characteristics of small footprint, simple operation, convenient installation and maintenance, low power and high efficiency, fast return on investment, and no need to add any flocculants. The chicken manure dehydrator is a special environmental protection equipment for chicken manure in chicken farms. It is widely used in the dehydration of large and medium-sized livestock and poultry farms (chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, etc.). The working principle of the chicken manure dehydrator: First, the non-clogging submerged pump supporting the equipment will lift the chicken manure water to the chicken manure dehydrator, and then gradually push the chicken manure water to the front of the machine by the auger, while continuously improving the machine The pressure of the front edge forces the moisture in the material to squeeze out the mesh screen under the action of the side pressure belt filter and flow out of the drain pipe. The work of the chicken manure dehydrator is continuous, and the chicken manure water is continuously raised to the body of the chicken manure dehydrator, and the pressure on the front edge is continuously increased. When it reaches a certain level, the discharge port is pushed out and squeezed out. Extrusion port to achieve the purpose of extruding and discharging. If the chicken manure is pumped in too much water, it will be discharged into the original chicken manure tank through the overflow pipe and also play a role in stirring the chicken manure. The wastewater separated by screw extrusion filtration can be directly sent to the sedimentation tank. In order to grasp the discharge speed and water content, the counterweight under the main engine can be adjusted to achieve a satisfactory and proper discharge state. The main features of the chicken manure dehydrator: the machine has high level of automation, simple operation, easy maintenance, large daily processing capacity, low power consumption, and suitable for continuous operation. The equipment weighs about half a ton and is small in size. All four feet are equipped with wheels for easy movement. It is an ideal manure treatment equipment for large-scale chicken farms, which can greatly improve the efficiency of chicken manure dehydration treatment.
- Mechanical drying: Drying is carried out by drying mechanical equipment, most of which are heated by power supply. The temperature is heated for 12 hours at 70°C; heated for 1 hour at 140°C, and heated for 30 minutes at 180°C to make feed.
The Hipoul small chicken manure dehydrator is divided into 3 models. The model design structure is scientific, and the operation efficiency is high. It is also widely used as chicken, cattle, horse, duck and various intensive farms to treat animal manure, distiller’s grains, medicine residue, Separation of high-concentration organic sewage residue from bean dregs, beer lees, cassava residues, pomace starch residues, sauce residues, and slaughterhouses. Large-scale biogas projects are used as a supporting tool to separate solid-liquid biogas liquid residue.
Now, chicken farms are building biogas digesters and biochemical tanks to treat manure, but the manure materials entering the biogas digesters have not been separated from dry and wet. Actual use has proved that the effect of direct biogas cultivation is not ideal. Untreated manure and urine enter the biogas digester, which greatly affects the carrying capacity and processing capacity of the biogas. Due to the long-term use of the biogas digester, a large amount of residues are left after fermentation, which will block the biogas digester, reduce the capacity and cause the biogas digester to be unusable and shorten the service life of the biogas digester. Cleaning the pool is labor intensive and extremely unsafe, and at the same time increases the cost. So before the excrement enters the biogas digester, solid-liquid separation is required.
Hipoul brand small chicken manure dehydrator has the characteristics of small footprint, simple operation, convenient installation and maintenance, low power and high efficiency, fast return on investment, and no need to add any flocculants. The main components are made of stainless steel, and the double spiral blades are made of stainless steel. The blades are manganized (technology) for corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and long service life.
Three, matters needing attention
- First of all, attention should be paid to disinfection, cut off the source of infection, and eliminate odor. Deodorant, lactic acid bacteria, zeolite drug addiction, etc. can be added. Secondly, pigs should stop feeding chicken manure 14 days before slaughter, and feed green feed and aromatic feed, so that the pork will not have the peculiar smell left after feeding chicken manure.
- When adding chicken manure for the first time, mix 70% of the compound feed, and then gradually increase the amount of chicken manure, reduce the amount of compound feed, and prevent excessive increase in one time, which will make the pigs refuse to eat due to unsuitability and affect weight gain.
- Chicken manure should be collected and processed in time to prevent deterioration. Do not feed sick chicken manure to pigs. The feeding amount is gradually increased, and it is not suitable for young pigs to feed chicken manure. The growth period accounts for 5% to 10% of the total diet, and the fattening period accounts for 10% to 20%. After every 500 kg of pig manure is sun-dried to 70% dry, add 20% fat mud and 3% wheat bran or rice bran, mix well, pile into a pile, seal it with plastic film and ferment for 7 days; dig the soil 50 cm deep Pit, spread the above fermented material 30 to 40 cm thick in the pit, cover it with straw curtains, sack, etc., and keep it moist. After about 20 days, fly maggots, insects, and earthworms will grow.
