The farm owner had a total of two orders from our company.
First order:

Second order:
♦ 30,000 layer chickens per shed, 2 sheds, total of 60000 birds
♦ Prefab steel structure chicken house material, fully automatic chicken equipment, automatic egg grading machine, chicken manure bio digest equipment, containers, etc.
About the chicken house, we make drawings for construction and installation drawing.
Client finds a local construction contractor, and does the civil work and foundation, according to our construction drawing.
About installation, a prefab steel structure is much easier to build and install than a traditional cement and brick chicken house. If a traditional chicken house takes 2 months, then a prefab building takes only about 25 days. It saves much time and money for clients.

About equipment, the whole system includes:
–Automatic feeding machine
–Automatic drinking machine
–Automatic manure cleaning machine
–Automatic egg collection machine (with cross egg conveyor that connected with egg sorter)
–Automatic lighting
–Automatic disinfection (inside chicken house, personnel room, vehicle channel)
–Automatic ventilation and environment control (temperature, humidity, CO2, negative pressure, etc)
Close type chicken house, so ventilation is well controlled. Chickens always stay in a very comfortable room (18℃-25℃), so the egg laying rate can reach 98%, and keep up to 10 months!
Not only equipment, we will also provide some poultry farming knowledge for customers, such as how to control chicken feed, when to do vaccination, how to make daily maintenance, etc.
With our equipment and solution, clients can build a very modern farm and save so much manpower. Only 1 person can manage one farm.
Moreover, equipment is also more reliable than workers, because equipment won’t be “lazy”!
Our local installation team does the installation and commissioning.
In the following months and years, we also send engineers to the farm, to help check the machine running, especially before and after putting chickens!
